Who we are

What we collect

When you complete our form, we collect the information you choose to provide — your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if given), and your answers about your current situation, goals, and anything you add in the optional notes.

We also collect limited, anonymous usage data (such as page views and general region) through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your submission, to contact you about a possible mentorship opportunity, and to arrange a call if there is a fit. We use the anonymous usage data only to understand how the site is performing. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

To run this site we use a small number of trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Google (Google Sheets) — to securely record your submission.
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Calendly — if you choose to book a call, your name and email are shared to schedule it.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission only as long as needed to consider and follow up on the opportunity, and we will delete it on request or once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights & consent

By submitting the form, you consent to us contacting you about your submission using the details you provide — including WhatsApp where you have ticked the consent box. Under the PDPA, you may at any time:

• ask what personal data we hold about you,
• ask us to correct it, and
• withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
