When you complete our application form, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if given), and your answers about your background, goals, and circumstances.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review your application, to contact you about a possible mentorship opportunity, and to arrange a call if there is a fit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where it goes
Your submission is sent to us by email and stored in a private spreadsheet. We use trusted third-party services (such as email and scheduling providers) to process this information. If you choose to book a call, your details are shared with our scheduling provider (Calendly) for that purpose.
Your consent
By submitting the form, you consent to us contacting you about your application via the details you provide, including WhatsApp where you have ticked the consent box. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing basilkoh7@gmail.com.
PDPA (Singapore)
